CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - Last updated 7th June 2020

We are so pleased to say that we plan to reopen on Tuesday 16th June.

At the moment, we will be open Tuesday - Saturday.

After nearly 12 weeks of closure we are looking forward to seeing you all again.

During this uncertain time, we are sure there have been some ups and downs. Our thoughts
have been with anyone who has been affected by this terrible virus.

When we open, our shop will need to be a little different than it was before. We will
implement the government guidelines with social distancing where possible and cleanliness
at all times.

• Our opening hours will be as normal but could be subject to changes or temporary closures.

• Initially we will only be able to accept card and contactless payments.

• Only 2 Customers will be let in at a time and there will be a 2 metre queuing system outside.

• We will be wearing PPE, and welcome our customers to do the same. We will have gloves and hand sanitiser available on entry in to the store and hand sanitiser available in store.

• We will not always be able to operate our traditional 'while you wait' repair service. There will be times when items will need to be left with us and collected at a later date

• We are unable to offer ear piercing just yet. If you would like to be added to a contact list, so we can contact you when this does restart, please email us your name, the person who we will be piercings; name and age and your phone number.

• We rely on our suppliers and workshops to help us fulfil your requirements. It may be a slower process whilst they all re open at different speeds.

• If you would like to shop with us, but are unable to enter our store for any reason, please contact us. We will be able to offer a personal shopper that can deliver to you.

We do hope that some of these procedures will only be very short term and appreciate they may be problematic at times. We will constantly be reviewing them and want to assure you that we are doing the best we can to keep everyone safe.
